Welcome to C.O.P.A. Inc.

Founded in 1994, COPA is an Oakland based organization dedicated to serve the youth of Oakland in crime prevention, fire prevention, bicycle safety and vocational trade education. In 2016, after 23 years, COPA became a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. COPA continues to provide programs to the Youths At Risk in Oakland. COPA also organizes community events.
